We're Hiring: Special Educator at Dubai Autism Center!

Dubai Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Special Educator to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism.
  • Provide tailored instruction to students to support their academic and social development.
  • Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to ensure effective student progress.
  • Monitor student progress and make adjustments to educational strategies as needed.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).
  • CDA License Eligibility is a must.
  • Knowledge of different teaching strategies and behavior management techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
