The Services Coordinator will play a key part in the Lockton MENA office in DIFC in the Operations Team by providing assistance to associates including but not limited to; booking flights, hotels, roadshows, conferences etc. The Service Coordinator will be continuously working with our Associates so having good people skills is a must. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned services coordinator to join the world’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage firm in the world, working as part of the MENA Operations function.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the bookings process for Lockton MENA associates, including but not limited to booking flights, hotels, roadshows, conferences etc
  • Lead on the planning and support of trainings / conferences as per business requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for associates’ business travel inquiries and processes including processing administrative visa requirements, travel and accommodation bookings, venue bookings and catering.
  • Creating reports and managing travel expenditures
  • Covering for office manager when they are not available, the role reports in to one of the senior executive assistants
  • Assess the service needs of associates and connect them with the correct provider
  • Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources
  • Assess associate issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
  • Ensure each client / associate is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
  • Maintain good relationships with associates, service providers and clients
  • Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a well reputed international firm in delivering excellent services coordination, managing travel bookings, creating expense reports and providing excellent customer service
  • Experience working in a well reputed international firm
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build close relationships
  • Competent in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic speakers will be highly preferred for this role
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Highly motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude towards work and learning
