• Experience in creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow modules
• Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features is a strong plus
• Ability to consultatively engage with customers and provide guidance
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
