Requirements :

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Process Consultant or Business Analyst.

ITIL Certification is mandatory .

Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
