Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Process Architect to join our clients team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who has played a key role in a ServiceNow Order Management (OM) implementation and can bring both technical understanding and process expertise to large-scale digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimisation of business processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities with a particular focus on Order Management.
• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements translate them into best-practice ServiceNow solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Define and implement process frameworks governance models and operating procedures across the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide architectural guidance during implementation ensuring scalability compliance and alignment with industry standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders ServiceNow developers and delivery partners.
• Support testing training and adoption activities to ensure smooth deployment of new processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Process Architect with hands-on involvement in a ServiceNow Order Management implementation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management and order-to-cash processes.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments preferably in the UAE or wider Middle East region.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA CIS-Order Management ITSM) are highly desirable.
