Job description

ServiceNow Developer with IAM experience wipro

Redesign and automate approximately 40 manual access workflows managed outside the IAM function, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Build and implement a catalogue of reusable workflow templates (10+ patterns) to support seamless onboarding of new applications during go-live.

Review and enhance ~20 existing access workflows within ServiceNow to improve consistency, reduce errors, and support long-term sustainability.

Work closely with IAM architects and platform teams to ensure workflows integrate cleanly with the IGA platform and enterprise approval processes.

Ensure workflow documentation, exception handling, and audit trail capabilities are built into every automated flow.
