Job summary

Müller`s Solutions is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer (Remediation & Testing) to enhance our ServiceNow platform. The position requires 4+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration.

The ideal candidate will drive remediation activities, develop applications, and execute testing methodologies including functional and UAT testing. Knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with Agile methodologies are essential for this role.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Experience with remediation activities, defect fixing, and troubleshooting within the ServiceNow platform.
Hands‑on experience in testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release testing.
Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Perform remediation activities on existing ServiceNow implementations.
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
Analyze and remediate issues arising from platform upgrades.
Design, execute, and support functional and acceptance testing.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.
