Muller’s Solutions in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant with hands-on CLM expertise and a background in Banking/Financial Services. You will implement and support ServiceNow CLM solutions, gather requirements, configure workflows, and manage contract lifecycle activities from creation to renewal.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential, and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Formación

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
