We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with fluency in Arabic to join a leading technology consulting organisation in Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact ServiceNow projects, partnering with enterprise clients across the region.

Role Overview:
As a Technical Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust, best-practice technical designs, while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Develop, configure, and integrate ServiceNow applications and workflows.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.

- Drive integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers.

- Oversee platform upgrades, releases, and performance optimisation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or ITBM.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect,CTA/ CMAcertification would beadvantageous.

- Strong background in Service Portal development, mobile apps, and integrations.

- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Desirable:

- Experience working in the Middle East or on multilingual projects.

- Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, CSA).
