• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect ideally with CTA certification.
• Strong background in Service Portal development and integrations.

Role Overview:
As a Technical Architect you will lead the design development and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor you will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust best-practice technical designs while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

• Develop configure and integrate ServiceNow applications and workflows.

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and platform governance.

• Drive integrations using REST SOAP and other APIs.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers.

• Oversee platform upgrades releases and performance optimisation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

• 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM ITOM CSM HRSD or ITBM.

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect ideally with CTA certification.

• Strong background in Service Portal development mobile apps and integrations.

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement problem-solving and leadership skills.

Desirable:

• Experience working in the Middle East or on multilingual projects.

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS CAD CSA).
