Job summary

NLB Corp in Dubai is seeking a Service Technician to provide service, debugging, and training for our customers. You will work with NLB pumps, valves and accessories, test units, and ensure a professional, safe service meets design specifications.

Requires 2–4 years of related experience and a High School GED; D365 experience is a plus. The role involves 50-70% travel on short notice and occasional after-hours work to meet customer service needs.

POSITION SUMMARY

Service Department positions are responsible for providing service, debugging, troubleshooting and training to NLB customers. Positions require not only an extensive knowledge of NLB equipment, but also a strong customer service attitude. The Service Department's ultimate goal is to provide NLB and it's customers with world-class service.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Troubleshoot and debug basic electrical and automated equipment to design specifications.
