Job summary

E3 Company is seeking a Field Service Specialist in the United Arab Emirates to service and repair hydraulic and electrical systems on industrial sites. You will diagnose issues, work with PLCs and sensors, and ensure equipment uptime while following safety and SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel with potential overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior field experience in a related area.
• Hydraulic and electrical experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve pressure and flow problems in fluid power systems.
• Service and maintain valves, actuators, mechanical couplings and high-pressure components.
• Apply AC/DC electrical theory to maintenance situations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and control circuits.
• Work with PLCs, analog and digital sensors, and electronic devices.
• Follow maintenance schedules using SOPs to minimize wear and failures.
• Use assembly drawings, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Maintain tools and supplies in good working condition.
• Rig and relocate equipment safely using proper lifting techniques and tools.

E3 provides critical safety and automated pressure control products to extreme energy development worksites The Field Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment This role requires knowledge to be applied in hydraulics power transmission electronics and machine control systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect maintain and repair hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and resolve pressure and flow problems in these fluid power systems
• Service and maintain valves actuators mechanical couplings and high-pressure components
• Apply AC DC electrical theory to real-world maintenance situations
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and their control circuits
• Work with PLCs analog and digital sensors and electronic devices
• Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules by using standard operating procedures minimizing equipment wear and failures
• Accurately use assembly drawings electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Maintain the good working condition of all required tools and supplies required to complete the tasks
• Safely rig and relocate equipment utilizing the appropriate lifting techniques and tools

Diploma or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field. Valid driver s license. Must have prior field experience in a related area. Hydraulic and electrical experience is preferred. Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude with Technical Problem-Solving Skills. Able to pull a tandem axle trailer. Tasks and Safe work practice will require travel and possible overnight stay. Good with MS Office programs. Ability to work autonomously. OSHA or NEBOSH Safety Certification is preferred. Demonstrates professional work characteristics, high initiative, dependability, and credibility. Proficient in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
