Our client is seeking a Service Technician - Food Service to efficiently conduct scheduled routine services, emergency breakdown calls, and installations for customers across the region. The successful candidate will ensure that all services are delivered according to company standards, client SLAs/KPIs, and contractual agreements.

The Service Technician will coordinate closely with the Service Team and interact with clients to consolidate all services under the Food Service operation.

• Comply with all company and client safety regulations to ensure all jobs are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Receive and action all instructions from the Service Team Coordinators regarding Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), breakdowns, and installations.
• Ensure that materials, spares, permits, and other requirements are available before carrying out work.
• Inform Coordinators if any materials are required on-site to complete work, provide regular updates on work status, and ensure corrective actions are carried out.
• Strive to complete all work on a first-time basis and within the set SLAs/KPIs.
• Document all services and observations carried out at customer sites.
• Ensure service documentation is signed by both the Service Technician and the client, with one copy left on-site and other copies returned to the Service Coordinator in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment, including vehicles, tools, uniforms, and other assigned items.
• Provide suggestions for new methods of work and identify new technologies that may improve service delivery and increase productivity.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Manage service activities honestly, maintain high ethical standards, and comply with all applicable local government regulations.
• Address customer issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with other team members by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and operational needs.
• Take prompt corrective action as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager.
