Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through the promotion and selling of our comprehensive technology services. This pure hunter role targets new client acquisition within the BFSI, Retail, and E-commerce segments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving sales success.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify and target potential clients within key industries, including BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain ownership of new accounts until achieving critical mass, after which Account Managers will take over.
Market Research & Insights: Stay current with technology trends and industry developments to articulate value propositions effectively.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal technical experts, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology-related sales, particularly in IT, cloud, data, software, and solutions selling.
Proven ability to sell to C-level executives (CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs) and Functional Heads across business and IT.
Demonstrated success in software services, application development, analytics, and cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of the Middle East and African markets.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and other sales tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
