What Youll Do

As a Service and Sales Engineer you will:

• Apply technical and customer insights to identify and sell service solutions.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and drive service sales across markets and industries.
• Prepare quotations negotiate pricing and follow up on sales to close deals.
• Collaborate with sales service Backoffice logistic teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Conduct market research and develop strategies to expand service offerings.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients introducing new or existing service products.
• Uphold health safety and environmental standards during all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Sales:Lead the service sales process identify customer needs forecast and achieve targets.

• Technical Support:Be the go-to expert for client queries and technical solutions.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in service sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to the pumps industry is a plus.
• Strong presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel domestically as needed.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
