We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Service business based in Dubai, UAE. You will develop mutually beneficial relationships with strategic or important customers, proactively generate opportunities outside the current customer base, identify solutions, and develop processes that add value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively seek new opportunities and develop customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • Maintain customer and contact information
  • Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets
  • Identify customer needs and match solutions
  • Price using approved tendering tools
  • Keep CRM updated with opportunities, tasks, and visits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Service Sales experience
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
  • Ability to interpret customer needs
  • Proven sales track record and strong customer focus
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • UAE experience is mandatory
