Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operator to join the Dubai-based team. You will handle warehouse picking, outbound processing, and stock control, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, a relevant degree, and strong attention to detail, with a fast-paced operational environment. JD.com network culture and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse picking, order prep, and outbound processing per system work orders.
• Verify SKUs, quantities, and order details for accuracy.
• Update order/work-order status in the system promptly.
• Follow up on stock shortages, incorrect items, damaged goods, and issues.
• Support inventory counts and daily warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse team and escalate issues to supervisor.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse picking, order preparation, and outbound processing based on system work orders.
• Verify SKUs, product quantities, and order details to ensure accuracy.
• Update order and work-order status in the system in a timely manner.
• Follow up on stock shortages, incorrect items, damaged goods, and other operational issues.
• Support inventory counts and daily warehouse management activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team and escalat operational issues to the supervisor when required.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Team Leader.
