Job description

B hler Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is looking for a skilled personnel to join our team as a Service Operations Coordinator. This position will be responsible for accelerating the execution of orders to fulfill the forecasted turnover, reporting deliverables, and providing operational support for business tools.

This is where you'll excel

  • Ensure orders are placed, confirmed, fulfilled, and shipped within agreed-upon timelines, tracked using the appropriate business systems, and by collaborating with the delivery managers and shipping teams.
  • Consistently provide high-level customer service to both internal and external customers by proactively communicating order updates, requirements, and feedback. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Hold regular meetings or check-ins with relevant internal departments to verify and update turnover forecast figures, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Actively liaise with customers regarding overdue account receivables and take action to ensure Accounts Receivable (AR) balances are minimized.
  • Ensure all required reports are accurately prepared, submitted, and uploaded punctually to the appropriate teams, internal databases, and/or network platforms.
  • Manage the dashboards and scorecards.
  • Provide ongoing operational support and conduct training sessions for business tools to ensure effective user adoption and problem resolution.
  • Address ad hoc support tasks promptly as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and prioritizing business needs.
