Service Contracts Executive | AF Motors - CSO

Job Role:

Responsible for handling complete contracts processing and following directives from the Contracts Supervisor to achieve sales and financial targets.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Productivity: Complete contracts processing on time to reduce WIP and facilitate workshop invoicing.
  • Communication: Assist sales staff by answering queries, quoting, and resolving contract-related issues.
  • Personal Development: Undergo OJT and necessary training to improve competence and productivity.
  • Contracts Invoices Inspection: Ensure no overcharging or billing errors; report errors to line manager.
  • Team Work: Work professionally and efficiently as a team to achieve targets.
  • Quality: Maintain high quality in documentation and contracts processing.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Assist customers with contract-related financial or operational issues within policy limits.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Diploma in Auto/Mech. Engineering or Business Graduate.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a major automotive manufacturer, dealership, or distributorship as a Contracts Assistant or Service Advisor.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, data processing, and auto engineering.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
