Overview of the role :

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the service department within the organization, with a focus on Security Systems, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), Audio-Visual (AV), and Building Management Systems (BMS). This role ensures the efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients, ensuring that the department meets both performance and revenue targets while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with senior leadership, the Service Manager aligns service operations with overall business goals and fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the team.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or Equivalent Related Qualification and Good Knowledge of Operations Management

Experience : Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in service management, customer service, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing a high-performing service team and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Highly knowledgeable person on security systems law, regulation & compliance of various emirates like ADMCC, SIRA, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah Police CCTV rules, regulations and NOC process.
