Job description

Guildhall Executive, a premier recruitment agency, is currently hiring a Service Manager Assistant on behalf of a global leader in the home appliances and consumer electronics industry. This role, based in Dubai, offers an exciting opportunity to support service operations, customer satisfaction initiatives, and administrative processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Answer calls and messages, resolve common inquiries, escalate complex cases, and track customer complaints while ensuring follow-up and feedback.
  2. Manage order entry, tracking, and service coordination. Assist in staff task planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
  3. Monitor service provider work orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely service delivery. Collect feedback and report to management.
  4. Maintain an accurate inventory ledger, schedule parts based on orders, conduct stock checks, and handle expired or damaged parts.
  5. Organize service-related contracts, analyze service data, and generate reports to aid decision-making. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  6. Perform office administrative tasks, assist with key service projects, and conduct research or site visits when required.

Qualifications:

  1. Mastery of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and report creation.
  2. Familiarity with common CRM systems and service management tools.
  3. Understanding of product/service technical principles to assist in troubleshooting and process improvements.
  4. At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role and experience in service process optimization, order management, or resource allocation is an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  7. Problem-solving ability to handle challenges efficiently.
  8. Teamwork spirit to collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
  9. Proactive work attitude with the ability to take initiative.
  10. Good professional ethics and commitment to quality service.
