Job Summary :

The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating training activities effectively to enhance colleagues' performance and meet the hotel's standards. They also assist in implementing employee relations and support the Director of Learning & Development in achieving hotel and department goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in developing and implementing staff motivation and participation initiatives
  • Maintaining and enhancing staff welfare to ensure high morale
  • Maintaining effective internal communication with department heads
  • Fostering beneficial communication and networking with relevant external agencies, colleges, and organizations
  • Practicing and role-modeling the Guiding Principles and Core Values of Shangri-La Hospitality
  • Attending daily and weekly departmental briefings to communicate training information, schedules, concerns, and other training-related matters
  • Assisting in identifying training needs for each department

What we are Looking For :

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a hotel
