Job Summary :

Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating training activities effectively to enhance the colleagues performance to meet the hotels standard. Also assists in implementing employee relations and assisting the director of Learning & Development in accomplishing hotel and department goals and objectives.

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, we rely on you to,

  • Assists in developing and implementing staff motivation and participation
  • Assists in maintaining and enhancing staff welfare to ensure high staff morale.
  • Maintains effective internal communication with department heads.
  • Assists in fostering beneficial communication and network with relevant external agencies, colleges, and organizations.
  • Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Shangri-La Hospitality
  • Attends daily and weekly departmental briefings to communicate training information, schedules, concerns, issues, and other training-related matters.
  • Assists in identifying training needs for each department.

What we are Looking For :

  • At least 1 year working experience in hotel
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
  • This Position is for Saudi Nationals Only
