Service Engineer (HVAC)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer (HVAC) to join our dynamic and growing team. As a leader in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry, it is our goal to consistently provide our clients with superior service and support for their heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with HVAC systems and provide appropriate solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
3. Install, repair and replace HVAC equipment and components such as air handlers, chillers, compressors, and thermostats.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for potential clients and offer recommendations for suitable HVAC systems.
5. Keep track of equipment and inventory, ensuring that all necessary parts and tools are properly stocked and organized.
6. Provide on-call and emergency support to clients if required.
7. Document all work performed and provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company and industry standard procedures.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Service Engineer in the HVAC industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar field.
3. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
4. Experience working with various brands and types of HVAC equipment.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
