This position reports to:

Local Division Manager Service

Your Role and Responsibilities

Executing automation service orders for commissioning and site support under the instructions of the Operation Manager or Project Manager, following company procedures and customer requirements, in compliance with safety, technical, and contractual standards. Additionally, growing the service business with defined customers.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: onsite

  • Verify the correctness of all hardware connections between the system (DA MV LV System, Operator Interfaces, and other network devices) under test, ensuring that installed cables and wiring are according to related documents and functioning properly.
  • Properly install and verify the correct functionality of all installed devices, using diagnostic and application tools, following project documentation and FAT results.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering department for improvements, corrections, or modifications required by the customer at the site after supply.
  • Resolve hardware and functional discrepancies found during site testing by modifying incorrect hardware or software components and retesting the configurations.
  • Update system documentation with proper mark-ups and software configurations, maintaining a record of all changes following company procedures.
  • Obtain the S.A.T. (Factory Acceptance Test) certificate from the customer upon job completion, including a list of pending items, in cooperation with the project leader and manager.
  • Collect all updated documentation at the conclusion of commissioning and send it to the project manager for the delivery of as-commissioned documents to engineering.
  • Gather all certificates and required documents to complete the project logbook and deliver it to the project leader and manager for contractual purposes.

  • Professional qualification in electrical or automation engineering.
  • At least 6 years of experience in commissioning or similar fields.
  • Knowledge of common testing tools (hardware and computerized).
  • Knowledge of safe working procedures at site.
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and proficiency in English.
