We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Desk Support professional to join our client company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a customer-oriented mindset to provide effective support for our clients' IT needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Escalate incidents as needed to L2/L3 support

Log and track incidents through to resolution

Communicate effectively with end-users in English

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat

Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Collaborate with senior support staff on complex issues

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in service desk
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
