- Windows troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of VPN troubleshooting and basic networking.
- Experience using ITSM ticketing tools.
- Available to join within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT service desk support through voice calls and email.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and end-user issues.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Support Active Directory-related user and access issues.
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and basic networking problems.
