We can offer you the following tasks:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and improving information flow from customer enquiry to final customer payment. The job holder will be assigned to handle mainly the customer orders and finalize them on time to ensure accurate invoicing and cash flow. This individual will act as the interface to our customers and suppliers on assigned projects.

  • Coordinates service activities with the Service Department, customers, and agents for safe boarding of service personnel.
  • Arranges travel for service job-related inside and outside UAE hotel bookings, air tickets in coordination with MDT AE's official Travel Agent.
  • Communicates directly with service staff travelers regarding their travel needs.
  • Prepares NOC letters for job-related travels.
  • Prepares Travel Security forms for jobs carried out in restricted countries.
  • Logistics for transportation of tools and spares.
  • Assists with service-related quotations/invoicing.
  • Handles travel arrangements for service staff, including NOC letters as required outside the company standard working/business hours.
  • Responds to urgent situations in arranging job-related travels of service personnel, including preparation of NOC letters during vacations and Public Holidays for the purpose of resolving urgent cases.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Logistics:

  • Ensures effective use of own and subcontracted transport.
  • Coordinates with freight handling and clearance agents and ensures correctness of the documentation needed for receiving/dispatching of goods.
  • Oversees sending and receiving of goods in accordance with logistical schedules and customer expectations.
  • Assists in the execution of movement of spare parts, tools, and equipment in compliance with local regulations as well as the Corporate Code of Conduct.
  • Aims to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring the good quality and adequate quantity of goods.
  • Ensures proper flow of information between store and all other parties involved in the projects, with respect to the tools/equipment/transport arrangements.
  • Regularly inspects the condition and availability of equipment and tools needed for the dispatch of maintenance work.
  • Prepares and arranges tools and spares for upcoming maintenance.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively, particularly with local government bodies.
  • Good level of IT skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and experience in using the portal system (Immigration and Free zone).
  • Proven experience as a logistics coordinator.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
