The Service Delivery Co-ordinator will play a leading role in the delivery of services including ownership and management of activities through to the desired business outcomes.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Here are how your day-to-day responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:
- Understand contractual obligations and ensure delivery of services to an agreed service description and SLA/OLA (establishing and ongoing ownership of KPIs as necessary)
- Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for global customers.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
- Meet the end-to-end Project timelines by ensuring the on-time delivery
- Define communication plan for all stakeholders, get buy-in for status report format and communicate on defined frequency.
- Managing proactive communication with customers during the delivery phase, when there are risks or possible delays and including plan Customer Acceptance Tests for the project
- Order prioritization and ensuring priority is respected during RFC delivery phase
- Management of the delivery plan at the project level & planning until the last site delivery
- Manage the interface between internal resources and the customer.
- Degree in telecommunications, preferred
- Project Management Certification i.e. PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent preferred
- Previous involvement in network deployment projects preferred.
- Technical knowledge is preferred in telecom like WAN, LAN.
- Excellent communication skills
