Summary

Service Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation and ongoing management of our 5G managed service project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, ensuring it meets or exceeds client expectations, and driving project success within budget and timeframe. You will manage a team of service delivery professionals, maintain strong relationships with the client, and ensure the smooth operation of our 5G managed services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team in the planning, execution, and delivery of 5G managed services
  • Manage client expectations and ensure service delivery meets agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs
  • Oversee the team responsible for service deployment, configuration, and ongoing support
  • Proactively identify and resolve service issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement processes for efficient service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Track project progress, budget, and resource allocation, reporting to stakeholders regularly
  • Foster strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of contact
  • This role is ideal for a candidate with:
  • Proven experience in service delivery management, ideally within the telecommunications industry
  • In-depth understanding of 5G technology and managed service concepts
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related field, MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management.
  • Previous experience in Telecom Provider Company is plus
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.
  • Experience in Nokia Devices / 5G
  • Experience in Managed Service
  • PMP certification is a plus
