Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Coordinator - Service to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. The role is vital in ensuring maximum fleet availability by coordinating between the contract requirements and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day fleet operations and service activities across all Tadweer projects.
- Ensure timely execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) and maintain high fleet availability.
- Monitor agency, Emirates Transport, and vendor services for compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records—both electronic and physical—for all operational and fleet-related data.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support service planning and execution.
- Support workshop coordination, vehicle inspections, and fleet upkeep schedules (washing, greasing, etc.).
- Assist in data reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of fleet operations.
- Follow company HSE policies and ensure adherence across the team.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Manager and service teams to meet project priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or any related field
- Engineering College /University graduate - minimum diploma holding candidate (12+2).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy duty service workshops.
Skills:
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and transport agencies. Must be fluent in English; Arabic and other local languages are a plus.
- Coordination & Organizational Skills - Skilled at managing multiple service schedules, fleet activities, and inter-departmental coordination efficiently.
- Technical & Fleet Knowledge - Basic understanding of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance processes, vehicle inspection protocols, and fleet service operations.
- Data & Document Management - Able to maintain accurate electronic and physical records, process reports, and track operational performance.
- MS Office & Computer Proficiency - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data management and daily communication.
- Team Collaboration & Support - Proven team player with the ability to support supervisors, work closely with project stakeholders, and contribute to a high-functioning service team.
