A leading financial services company is seeking a Service Analyst 2 to perform workflow analysis and ensure compliance across product lines. The role entails designing and analyzing reports, assisting in customer service functions, and applying industry knowledge to improve processes. The Service Analyst 2 is an intermediate position responsible for workflow analysis of departmental systems, workforce and procedures in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to ensure accurate reporting and compliance across all product lines.
