Overview of the role:
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Bus Division at FAMCO UAE. The Service Advisor plays a key role in managing the customer experience by receiving vehicles for service, preparing accurate repair orders, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely delivery while achieving service revenue targets. This position is instrumental in achieving customer satisfaction and upholding service quality standards

What you will do:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, accurately document vehicle complaints and service requirements.
  • Prepare repair orders and clearly explain job scope, costs, and estimated delivery times to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and updates to customers.
  • Actively promote value-added services and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Deliver vehicles back to customers with clear explanation of work done and final invoice.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and meeting high service standards.
  • Comply with all company processes, systems, and service quality guidelines

Required skills to be successful:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in an automobile dealership, with at least 3 years in a Service Advisor role (preferably with buses or commercial vehicles).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical issues and convey them clearly to customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Logical thinking, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset.

You will be part of a dynamic aftersales team at FAMCO, a division of the Al-Futtaim Group. The team is committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Workshop Manager and collaborate closely with technicians, foremen, and other advisors to ensure a smooth and effective service operation
