Overview of the role :

This role represents the brand and division to the customer, maintaining customer relations to ensure an end-to-end engaged Aftersales customer journey that leads to revenue achievement and customer retention.

What you will do :
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Achieve financial objectives by upselling and controlling discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Engage actively with customers through consultation on their needs and service requirements throughout the service process to ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time.
  • Coordinate with the Production Team to provide timely updates on vehicle progress to customers, maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
  • At delivery, explain all work performed and associated costs clearly to help customers understand the value-added services rendered.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively to achieve satisfactory resolution, thereby maintaining and improving Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, and distributor programs to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Required Skills To Be Successful :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role related to EVs.
  • Technical knowledge to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
About The Team :
  • The role reports to the Aftersales Manager and involves working in a busy workshop environment, dealing directly with customers, Service Managers, Aftersales Managers, workshop teams, and technicians daily.
What Equips You For The Role :
  • Diploma or degree in technical fields such as automobile or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
  • Broad knowledge to serve as a reliable consultant is essential for this role.
