Job description:

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues, repair timelines, and costs.
• Translate customer-reported symptoms into repair orders for technicians.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs.
• Monitor the progress of work and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with parts and technical staff to ensure timely service delivery.
