• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle during repairs.
• Finalize service orders and review completed work with customers.
• Upsell additional services when appropriate to maintain vehicle performance and safety.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive role (2 to 5 years required).
