Support workshop operations to achieve service and efficiency targets.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Perform job card write-ups, entering customer details (name, address, phone number, date) and recording their concerns.
Coordinate with the Foreman to assess required repairs and prepare job cards.
Obtain customer signatures on job cards to authorize service.
Conduct a preliminary evaluation to determine if the service will be covered under warranty or customer payment.
Secure prior repair approval from customers when necessary.
Review customer service history to check for prior repairs related to current concerns.
Advise customers on the type of service and maintenance required for their vehicles.
Provide feedback to customers regarding their vehicle's overall performance.
Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative (After Sales) to address and resolve customer complaints.
Perform other duties as requested by the Respective Supervisor or Service Manager.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably in automotive service.
Skills & Abilities:
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good understanding of automotive repairs, warranties, and service processes.
Computer literate with experience using service management software.
