Job description

Job Purpose:

To ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for service customers in accordance with GEELY standards and successfully contribute to achieving Service Department targets and the organization’s vision and mission.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Meets and greets customers according to GEELY standards.
  2. Carrying out service reception at the car for all service bookings.
  3. Checking the vehicle for any damages and mentioning all scratches, dents, etc. on the booking-in sheet/job card before accepting it. Ensuring customers’ belongings and all valuable items are removed and handed over to the customer.
  4. Opening job cards as per service requirements plus additional requested work by the customer and work identified during service reception at the car with the customers’ approval.
  5. Recording all customer details and ensuring all details entered in the computer system are correct.
  6. Advising customers on the cost of repairs before accepting the vehicle and taking approval in writing for any additional repairs.
  7. Attaching all relevant documents to the job card (key reader print out, technical campaign details, booking-in sheet, customer notes, etc.).
  8. Ensuring mobility of the customer after finalizing the service advice process.
  9. Proper follow-up with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed and deadlines are met in time.
  10. Advising customers on the progress of vehicle repairs.
  11. Ensuring pricing, details of repairs, and all safety-related information mentioned on the invoice are correct before handing over and explaining to the customer.
  12. Monitoring and ensuring that all campaigns are completed for each job card opened.
  13. Final physical check of the vehicle before calling the customer to confirm that the vehicle is ready for pick up.
  14. Handing over the vehicle personally to the customer.
  15. Working flexible hours depending on the workload.
  16. Ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
  17. Handling customer complaints and ensuring corrective action has been taken.
  18. Focusing on the quality of customer service & regular follow-up.
  19. Communicating professionally with customers at all times before, during & after the service.
  20. Driving the department’s business through superior customer service and providing updated product information.
  21. Communicating and meeting with customers on a regular basis regarding promoting the GEELY brand.

Candidate Specifications:

  1. Automotive education background preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years of dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
  3. Valid UAE driver's license.
  4. Technical knowledge in aftersales operations.
  5. Good communication and customer service skills.
