Waiter/Waitress

Obligations:

1. Greet and accompany visitors to their tables.
2. Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., regarding sections, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
3. Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glasses.
4. Inform clients about the day's specials.
5. Offer menu recommendations upon request.
6. Take accurate food and beverage orders while multitasking various front-of-the-house responsibilities and gather the bills.
7. Communicate order information to the Kitchen Staff.
8. Serve food and beverage orders.
9. Check recipes and cookware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any issues.
10. Arrange table setups and maintain a clean dining area.
11. Provide checks and collect payment.
12. Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
13. Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu, and service requirements for reservations (e.g., parties).
14. Follow all relevant health department regulations.
15. Provide outstanding customer service to guests.

Experience:

Server: 2 years (Preferred).

Language:

• English (Required).
• Arabic (Optional).

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Accurately commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
