SEO Specialist

SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success. The purpose of this role is to implement and execute SEO initiatives, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy.
2. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
3. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
4. Technical SEO experience of website errors, page load speed, SERP issues, click rate, bounce rate and redirects.
5. Experience with SEO industry tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Mangools, Ubersuggest, surfer seo, etc.
6. Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
7. Develop and implement link building strategy.
8. Research and analyse competitor links for backlink strategy.
9. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
10. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
11. Prepare and present reports regularly.
12. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
13. Ability to troubleshoot and debug SEO issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3-5 years of experience as SEO or similar role
2. 3-5 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
3. In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
4. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and a good Team player
6. Good time-management skills with great interpersonal and communication skills
7. Strong understanding of technical SEO and search engine algorithms updates
8. Experience with international and multilingual SEO
