About Pemo
Pemo is a fast-growing B2B fintech startup revolutionizing expense management and smart corporate cards across the UAE and KSA.
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven SEO Expert to lead and execute our bilingual SEO strategy (English & Arabic) — ensuring we consistently outrank competitors on high-impact business keywords.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead bilingual SEO strategy for both the UAE and KSA markets (English & Arabic).
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact keywords based on trends, search data, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Analyze competitor SEO strategies and performance to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Execute on-page SEO: meta tags, structured data, sitemaps, internal linking, etc.
  • Proactively propose and implement technical and content improvements, including directly in Webflow.
  • Write or assist with content, including landing pages, blog drafts, and AI-overview-optimized content.
  • Optimize content for AI-first search engines (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot) using structured data and semantic SEO.
  • Monitor and report local SEO rankings for both UAE and Saudi audiences.
  • Troubleshoot SEO-related issues (e.g., slow load speeds, crawl errors) independently when possible.
  • Build and manage an ethical, high-quality link-building strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align SEO with conversions and lead generation.
  • Drive consistent month-over-month growth in organic traffic, rankings, and lead quality.
  • Improve domain authority and reduce bounce rate on key SEO landing pages.
  • Deliver monthly SEO reports: rankings, work completed, insights, and planned next steps.
  • Be available for ad hoc strategy syncs and technical reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience for a B2B company.
  • Proven success with SEO in both English and Arabic, specifically in MENA markets.
  • Experience with Webflow and ability to self-execute changes without relying on devs.
  • Expertise in modern SEO practices, including AI search listings, structured data, and schema.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Ability to work independently — not just strategize, but implement.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Available during Dubai business hours (9AM–5PM GMT+4).
  • Familiar with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools to connect SEO efforts to business KPIs.
  • Bonus: Experience in FinTech or SaaS environments.
Work Setup
  • Remote or hybrid — no in-office requirement.
  • Not full-time, but dedicated and long-term project involvement.
  • Regular monthly reporting, with availability for real-time syncs when needed.
