Job description

We are looking for a hungry and talented SEO Executive to join our growing team of talent:

You will be working with SEO Account Managers to oversee campaigns and coordinate between clients and your internal team.

Simultaneously, you will have the opportunity to shadow and learn from our highly skilled team of SEOs. In this position, you'll develop cutting-edge digital skills in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and Digital PR, working with some of the region's largest brands.

You will serve as a primary contact (phone/email/online meetings) for your clients, including some of the region's most prestigious accounts. You will update clients professionally and promptly, leaving a lasting positive impression.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing website performance, creating reports, tracking KPIs such as rankings, clicks, impressions, and conversions, and collaborating with our team to improve client results.

This is a full-time role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Requirements

  • No prior SEO experience is required, but a passion for digital and a fun-going attitude are essential.
  • Must be client-obsessed, understanding that what is best for the client benefits everyone.
  • Passionate about search engine marketing, with a holistic view of business and marketing results.
  • Highly motivated and eager to succeed in SEO, with curiosity and hunger to learn technical SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and paid search.
  • Maintain high standards, always striving to improve.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to novices and business owners alike.
  • Strong project management skills, familiar with tools like Monday.com and Help Scout, and capable of managing deadlines.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and seeking help when needed.
  • Confident in engaging with clients and driving conversations effectively.
