Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

Job Description

Role: Senior Workforce Planning Analyst (UAE National only)

Role Purpose:

Work in partnership with all business units on manpower planning and organizational structures to make recommendations to ADIB management.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage the headcount planning model to forecast headcount for ADIB.
  2. Collect headcount requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for the department's manpower budget preparation.
  3. Control the manpower plan and review variances of actual headcount against the budget quarterly, ensuring adherence to the manpower ceiling, and conduct variance review meetings with divisions.
  4. Collaborate with divisions to update organizational charts reflecting main organizational objectives.
  5. Verify monthly headcount statistics for all staff across divisions.
  6. Promote equality and propose ideas to embrace the Emiratization agenda within workforce planning.
  7. Report on headcount variance against Emiratization targets for each division.
  8. Prepare HR costing for budgets and analyze staff costs for management.
  9. Partner with organizations and colleagues to identify and resolve workforce planning trends.
Skills and Technical Knowledge
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical tools like Excel.
  • Ability to create and modify organizational structures using systems such as Visio.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage across organizational levels.
Education and Experience

BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management/Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
