Work in partnership with all business units on areas related to manpower planning & organizational structures to make recommendations to ADIB management.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Manage the head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIB.
- Collect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for the department for the preparation of the manpower budget.
- Control the manpower plan and review with management at regular intervals the variance of actual head count against the budget plan for each quarter to ensure the manpower ceiling for each year is adhered to, and conduct meetings to discuss the variances with divisions.
- Work with all ADIB divisions in updating their organization charts to reflect the main objectives of their organizations.
- Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify head count statistics for all staff details on a monthly basis.
- Promote equality and propose ideas to management to embrace the Emiratization agenda within the workforce planning process.
- Report on the variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count targets for each division to management.
- Prepare HR costing for the budget and provide management with analysis on staff costing.
- Collaborate with organizations and colleagues to identify and resolve workforce-planning trends.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages like Excel for analyzing datasets.
- Knowledge of creating and modifying organizational structures using systems such as Visio.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to engage effectively across organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Education:
BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management/Statistics, or another relevant field.
