Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced L3 Windows Administrator to join its client's IT team. This role focuses on enterprise Windows environments, advanced infrastructure support, and high-availability operations.

You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and virtualization platforms, develop PowerShell scripts, and drive incident resolution and disaster recovery efforts for a complex enterprise estate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows networking.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows networking services.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex Level 3 incidents.
• Support virtualization platforms, backup systems, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Monitor server performance and ensure high availability, security, and reliability.
