The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in banking or financial services, with strong expertise in wealth management transformation, effective stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience delivering complex enterprise programmes within banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience leading Wealth Management platform transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of wealth advisory, portfolio management, client servicing and digital wealth ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programmes across Wealth Management.
• Own the full programme lifecycle from mobilisation to execution.
• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks across multiple workstreams.
