Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Engineer - Water (Hydrology & Stormwater) to lead hydrology, stormwater management and drainage design for iconic UAE infrastructure and land development projects. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of UAE experience and technical leadership aspirations.

You will perform hydrological and hydraulic analyses, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support authority submissions, and deliver innovative, climate-resilient drainage solutions while mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Water Engineering; 8+ years in hydrology and stormwater.
Experience delivering UAE infrastructure and land development projects.
Strong modelling knowledge; proficient with listed software.
Chartered engineer status desirable.

Responsibilities

Undertake hydrological assessments and stormwater design for infrastructure and land development projects.
Model rainfall, runoff, flood scenarios, and drainage networks.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated delivery.
Prepare technical reports, calculations, drawings, and modelling outputs.
Support authority submissions and client meetings.
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
