We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Senior Warehouse Operative to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will support warehouse administration, manual handling plans, and processes to ensure smooth operations, including forklift operations, material handling, and ground activities such as movement, storage, and inventory control. Responsibilities also include stacking, loading, unloading, packaging, and maintaining inventories in line with business strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive goods, accurately sort, label, and store items while optimizing warehouse space.
  • Verify shipment items, inspect for damages or defects, and update records accordingly.
  • Ensure proper routing of materials between departments.
  • Pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
  • Maintain logs for incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Fulfill orders based on customer requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries about inventory levels or delivery schedules.
  • Resolve recurring delivery issues following established processes.
  • Perform repetitive tasks related to movement, tools, and packaging.
  • Support operating forklifts and other equipment safely and properly.
  • Process shipment documentation during pick-up or arrival.
  • Operate scanners for shipment processing.
  • Assist with shipment scheduling and dispatching.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and safety checks.
  • Support administrative tasks related to shipments and documentation.
  • Address customer service queries related to shipments.
  • Stay updated on equipment use and obtain necessary certifications.
