Job summary

Skatch in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced senior infrastructure engineer to support a major GCC airline operator's data center environment on a long-term, onsite basis.

The role requires 10+ years of experience with VMware technologies (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter), HA/DRS/vMotion, vSAN, NSX, storage, backups, and security, plus server lifecycle management. This is a full-time onsite engagement with an expected start in November.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in enterprise compute and virtualization.
• Hands-on with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter administration.
• Experience with VMware HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Experience with VMware vSAN and NSX.
• Knowledge of data center architecture.
• Experience with server and hardware lifecycle management.
• Experience with storage and SAN integration.
• Expertise in backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience with infrastructure security and hardening.
