Job summary

Datailer Technologies in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior System Engineer to lead deployment and support of enterprise infrastructure across UAE clients. You will manage VCF and VxRail, administer RHEL and Windows Server environments, and oversee hybrid cloud services with Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Travel to customer sites is required, with a 30-day joining timeline. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in enterprise infrastructure implementation and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell VxRail/HCI platforms.
• Deep experience administering RHEL and Windows Server ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management tools (Intune, Workspace ONE, Citrix).
• Experience with enterprise backup/disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup).
• Excellent English communication skills with customer-facing consulting ability.
• Legal work eligibility in UAE and availability to join within 30 days with travel across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise infrastructure implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting projects for diverse UAE clients.
• Deploy and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell VxRail HCI environments.
• Administer RHEL servers and Windows Server ecosystems (AD, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V, Exchange).
• Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure and productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Administer endpoint management and virtualization platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, Citrix).
• Implement and monitor backup/DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup).
• Manage server hardware, storage arrays, SAN/NAS fabrics, and DR clusters.
• Travel to customer sites across the UAE for hands-on implementations and support.
